MeCo 120 Tee
The MeCo 120 tee is a light weight, short sleeved base layer made from a blend of Merino wool and Polyester with Cocona® technology.
The fabric that we use in the new MeCo range of baselayers is an intimate blend of ethically sourced Australian Merino wool (65%) and recycled polyester with Cocona® technology (35%). Cocona® technology uses activated carbon gained derived from discarded coconut shells and other natural porous particles. This is contained within the recycled fibre and will not wear out or wash off.
In the MeCo 120 Tee we use a 120g/s/m MeCo fabric. The fabric is lightweight and makes the most of the comfortable and anti microbial nature of Merino wool but is made much faster drying due to the synthetic content of the fabric. The Cocona® technology even adds to the antimicrobial qualities of the fabric.
The MeCo 120 short sleeve tee has a close fit making it an ideal base later for all high activity uses in all conditions and optimises performance by offering the warmth and comfort of merino but that dries faster than 100% Merino wool.

Any kit I get gets really tested as can be out on the hills walking , climbing or biking up to 5 days a week , working or for fun. Have worn this on it's own, under a Rab Event jacket, under various soft shells , but works best under vapour rise tops. I have used it under both my Vr stretch top and smock this winter, and cant see past it.
